About Our Team

The G. Tupper III TeamG. Tupper III Construction, Inc builds custom built homes in the TriCounty area of South Carolina. Owner George Tupper III has been building and renovating houses for 20 years and is involved with every project from start to finish.  As a fifth generation Summervillian, George takes pride in his community and that same pride is transferred into the homes he builds. He ensures that each and every home is carefully constructed as if it were his very own.  We take pleasure in building a home that suits your needs, and if you don’t have a plan picked out, we can help you choose a plan from our large selection. We will build on your personal lot, but if you don’t have a lot that is alright, too.  We have a variety of lots ranging in size and varying by location from which you can choose. From the minute we begin constructing your home, our staff is here to answer any questions you have, and will walk you through the selection process.

Our experienced team at G. Tupper III Construction, Inc, along with our suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors are here to take your ideas and dreams and make them a reality.

We take pride in every stage of the construction process and our service doesn’t end once we give you the keys. We stand behind our work, and are there to assist you even after you move in.
